Following the demolition and clearance of the existing earthquake damaged building, this beautiful two storey family home, with its high quality crafted finish is situated in a difficult to access hill site in Huntsbury, Christchurch. The building site provides the Owners with stunning views over the city, the coastline and mountains towards the north. Intricate details balancing a carefully chosen mixture of cladding materials complement the modern classic design. Extensive openly glazed areas at first floor allow the Owners to spread out onto the decking from the living areas with spiral stair access to the gardens below. Completed within time and budget constraints in 2015, Paul was Project Manager for the project management office.
