Complexed and protracted negotiations were necessary with both conservation offices from both the Local Authority and English Heritage. The property is one of 4 in London’s oldest surviving brick terraces, dating from 1658, home to Dr. Richard Price and host to such guests as Benjamin Franklin, Lord Lyttelton and William Pitt . The refurbishment was completed in 2004.
