Parklands
This simple and practical rebuild, replacing the existing earthquake damaged one, for elderly Owners, was completed on time and budget in 2015. Situated in TC3 zoned land in the Parklands area, the foundation groundworks required rapid redesign at time of the excavations being commenced due to the soil dynamics and impact of liquefaction on the site. Professional delivery and execution by the group home builder enhanced the courtesy and care extended to the Owners in the design phase. Paul was Project Manager for the project management office.
