South New Brighton

This elegant home, designed and built by one of Christchurch’s most established and respected home builders is to be found towards the beach in South New Brighton. The property is within a TC3 Flood Management Area and the ground dynamics therefore presented considerable issues for the design team. The existing property also had a swimming pool for removal and is in a rear section site. Replacing an earthquake damaged existing building, considerable care was taken to interface all stakeholders to ease the design and build process as much as possible for the retired Owner. Completed on time and within budget in 2014. Paul was Project Manager for the project management office.
