Primrose Hill

Our Client, Span Group, required the rapid refurbishment of a 3 storey office at the tenancy end in order that the property be rapidly returned to market. The NZ$140k project was completed in 6 weeks, on budget and on time at the end of 2010.

Following removal of all tenant installed partitions and server room, the building was decorated throughout, including the cleansing of stone foyer and terrazzo stairs by a professional stonemason. Additionally, mechanical, electrical, fire and alarm service alterations were returned to pre-tenancy condition as were all sanitaryware installations. A full services installation inspect and test was carried out. New flush in ground LED lights were installed together with bespoke motif wallpaper in the main entrance.
