McCormacks Bay

This stunning two storey family home situated in a Flood Management Area in McCormacks Bay, was built following the demolition and clearance of the existing earthquake damaged one. The building site provides the Owners with stunning views from the upper floor decking area, over the neighbouring bay. Both design and build phases were executed with precision in line with the Owners needs and requirements. The architecture is positioned beautifully within its environment and the materials carefully considered in response to the marine setting. The construction process was effortless, the structure completed within programme and budget in 2014. Paul was Project Manager for the project management office.
